- The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
- A valid reason for the return must be provided.
Required Unboxing Video:
For all return requests, we require an unboxing video as part of the verification process. The unboxing video should clearly show the product, its packaging, and any defects or issues that are the basis for the return. This ensures a fair assessment and helps us expedite the resolution process.
How to Initiate a Return:

- Product name
- Reason for return
- Attach the unboxing video

Exchanges
Process for Exchanges:
- Our courier partner, Delhivery, will arrange a pickup of the item to be exchanged.
- Once the product is received at our facility, we will review it for eligibility.
- After approval, we will dispatch the replacement product within 24 hours.
- If the request is rejected, customers will be notified via email with the reasons for the rejection.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure that the product is securely packed to prevent any damage during transit.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.
