1. Eligibility for Return & Refund:

To qualify:

  • The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be in unused condition, with original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

2. Free Return Pickup:

  • We provide FREE return pickup across India.

  • No return shipping charge will be applied.

  • In case pickup is unavailable in your location, we will guide you with an alternative return method.

4. Please include:

  • Order Number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos/video (if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect)

5. Refund Processing Time:

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you via email/WhatsApp.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

6. Non-Returnable Items:

  • The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized, altered, or personalized products.

  • Products damaged due to use, washing, or improper handling.

  • Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories.

7. Unboxing Video Requirement:

To ensure a fair and accurate evaluation of your return request, we require an unboxing video. The video must clearly show:

  1. The product and its original packaging.
  2. Any defects, damages, or issues with the product.

8. Exchanges:

  • If you want a different style, color, or size, you may request an exchange instead of a refund. Exchanges also qualify for free pickup and free delivery.

Process for Exchanges:

  1. Pickup Arrangement:
    Our courier partner, Delhivery, will arrange a pickup of the item to be exchanged.
  2. Product Review:
    Once the product is received at our facility, we will review it for eligibility.
  3.  Replacement Dispatch:
    After approval, we will dispatch the replacement product within 24 hours.
  4.  Rejected Requests:
    If the request is rejected, customers will be notified via email with the reasons for the rejection.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.

Return Label Cost:

  • There is no cost for the return label or return shipping.

Cancellations:

If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we may not be able to cancel the order if it has already been processed for shipping.
